A clothing item is considered vintage if it dates from 1920 to 1960. After that date, an item is considered to be retro, not vintage.

Inspirational Wednesday

I am so EXCITED to be getting my hair highlighted like this on Monday! This will be the lightest I have ever gone, those of you who know me, my hair is always really dark. Going to lighten it up for SPRING!

Now for the 'inspirational' part..... I will be running my first marathon in June. The Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in San Diego. My half marathon did not go as planned, so from here on out I will be training really hard. Hopefully some perks with training for a marathon I will get into shape and have a bikini bod come summer. CROSS YOUR FINGERS :)

The pricey shoes—with an estimated value of somewhere between $660,000 and $1 million—have yet to be recovered, though it’s doubtful anyone could get away with wearing them without attracting attention.

Shamrock'n Half Marathon

I attempted my first 1/2 marathon on Sunday and fell short at 10 miles. It was absolutely miserable. But now I know how much harder I need to train for the full marathon in June. Yikes!

This year I didn't follow the nominees that close for Academy Awards but there was ONE nominee in particular that had an amazing performance in The Blind Side. She looks gorgeous. Good luck Sandy!
